CVPR 2026 FAQ
The following are frequently asked questions and important information about attending CVPR 2026 in person and online.
Please check your workshop and tutorial schedule on the virtual site or through the app, as schedules and room assignments may be updated throughout the conference.

The APP can be downloaded here - This is the MOST UP TO DATE information available. You may set your own schedule, connect with attendees and look for exhibitors.

You cannot pick up materials for another attendee without their QR code or confirmation number.
Reminder – there will be NO BADGE REPRINTS. Anyone caught sharing CVPR badges, either in person or online, will be removed from the conference. And, you may not share your badge or bring a guest onsite. Please be respectful.
OTHER MATERIALS
POSTERS – If you ordered your poster through the official conference vendor, posters will be available at the Poster Distribution Center located inside the Exhibit Hall A. Please pick up your poster during the designated hours listed in the program guide for your session. Please have your reference number on hand.

VIRTUAL ACCESS
The virtual site will be available to all applicable registrations. Full conference registrations include virtual access.
Keynotes and panels may be streamed on a slight delay. Workshops and tutorials are independently organized; many may offer virtual attendance options and recordings. Main conference papers will include video presentations and PDFs through the virtual platform.
ONSITE INFORMATION
Breakfast and lunch will be available in designated meal areas of the exhibit hall. Your badge will indicate your selected meal option. Please pick up the appropriate meal option you reserved during registration.
Meal functions and conference events are for registered attendees only. Guests are not permitted at conference meal functions or social events.
Charging stations will be available throughout the exhibit hall and convention center common areas.
Water stations will be available throughout the convention center. Attendees are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle.
A mother’s room, and a quiet room are available daily starting Wednesday, June 3, located adjacent from room 102 near registration.
A prayer room is available daily starting Wednesday, June 3 in Room 206.
WiFi access information will be provided on attendee badges and within the conference app.
Please be courteous during sessions and presentations. Cell phone usage can interfere with audiovisual equipment and disrupt speakers and attendees.
Kiddie Corp is available to attendees who pre-arranged services. Children are not permitted in session rooms, exhibit halls, or meal functions unless specifically authorized by conference management.
USEFUL NOTES:
- If you are an exhibitor but have registered for full conference access, you can gain access to the exhibit halls early by obtaining a wristband from security. They will be posted outside of the exhibit hall.

Accessibility information:
ACCESSIBILITY All areas of the facility are wheelchair accessible, with electronic doors situated at all main lobby entrances. Furthermore, all elevators feature Braille signage for enhanced accessibility. Restrooms and drinking fountains are also ADA-accessible.
