CVPR 2025 FAQ
The following are frequently asked questions and important information about attending in person and online for CVPR 2025.
Please check your workshop schedule on the virtual site OR on the QR Codes on the program guides. Most have changed their start and end times! Programs are posted HERE.
Onsite badge pick up details: CDT This is in the Exhibit Hall Concourse

Please make every effort to come during an off-peak time to avoid lines and to avoid delay to your session. Have your QR code or confirmation number ready for quicker badge retrieval. Please check your spam if you didn't receive it. (We are unable to resend this. If you don't receive it, bring your confirmation number.) You cannot pick up materials for a friend without the QR code or confirmation number.
Reminder – there will be NO BADGE reprints. Anyone caught sharing CVPR badges in-person or online will be expelled from CVPR.
Other materials:
- POSTERS – If you have ordered from ARC - These will be in at the poster distribution center inside Exhibit Hall D. Please pick up your poster during the hours listed in the program guide for your session.
- T-SHIRTS - Will be available starting Friday in the Exhibit Hall. Only full registrations have this option. You must have your badge with the t-shirt selection on the back and cannot change the size until Sunday afternoon if options remain.
VIRTUAL
The virtual site is up and available to all applicable registrations here. All full registrations also include access to the virtual site! The keynotes/panels will be on a slight delay. Workshops and Tutorials are individually organized. Many will have a virtual option and will record the session. All main conference papers have a video and pdf.
A few onsite details:
- Breakfast and lunch are available in Exhibit Hall C. Lunch is 2 hours long and your badge has your lunch selection on the back. Please pick up the appropriate option that you’ve reserved. Halal or Kosher – we were only able to purchase Kosher meals. Kosher was ordered for you if you pre-selected Halal. Meal functions and all events are for registered attendees only. Guests are not permitted at any function.
- There are charging stations in the exhibit hall during the main conference. There is also furniture and charging options throughout the building.
- Water is available on every level outside of the meeting rooms. If you can, please bring a refillable water bottle!
- WiFi is available. This information will be included on your badge.
- Please be courteous when you are in sessions and there is a speaker. Cell phone usage interferes with AV sound equipment.
- Kiddie Corp is available only to those who contracted the service. Children are NOT permitted at CVPR in session rooms, at meal functions or on the exhibit floor. No exceptions.

USEFUL NOTES:
- Luggage Storage will be available on Sunday June, 15th only in the Exhibit Hall at T-shirt Distribution until 18:00.
- Please note – the GRAND BALLROOM is the KARL DEAN Ballroom in the maps.
- Please use the app for wayfinding while you are onsite. The QR Code is in the Program Guide.
- If you are on the list for any of the Social Functions, the confirmation will be on your badge.
- If you are an exhibitor but have registered for full conference access, you can gain access to the exhibit halls early by obtaining a wristband from security. They will be posted outside of the exhibit hall.
