The following are frequently asked questions and important information about attending in person and online for CVPR 2024. 

 

Some updates and information that you can use on your last day at CVPR

LUGGAGE

Self-service Luggage storage will be available on Friday, June 21 from 8AM – 7:00 PM in Summit room 343 - 344..  All items must be removed by 7PM.

ATTENDANCE

Please be sure to check to make sure your attendance at CVPR is up to date - there have been many changes! Please do not email this information - you must change it yourself! 

Please confirm by clicking here - and select MODIFY.  Please remember that at this time, we are not able to process refunds regardless of circumstance.  You do not need to make any arrangements if you cannot attend in person. 

You will need your registration email and confirmation code to login. 

Onsite badge pick up details: Pacific Time          This is in the SUMMIT LOBBY 

Sunday 6/16             11:00 AM – 8:00 PM  - PLEASE try to come at this time so that you don't have to wait in line before a scheduled session. 

Monday 6/17                 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM            

Tuesday 6/18                 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM         

Wednesday 6/19             7:00 AM – 5:00 PM               

Thursday 6/20                7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Please make every effort to come during an off-peak time to avoid lines and to avoid delay to your session. Have your QR code or confirmation number ready for quicker badge retrieval. Please check your spam if you didn't receive it.  (We are unable to resend this. If you don't receive it, bring your confirmation number.)  You cannot pick up materials for a friend without the QR code or confirmation number

Reminder – there will be NO BADGE reprints. Anyone caught sharing CVPR badges in-person or online will be expelled from CVPR.

Other materials:

  • POSTERS - Are available in the poster hall - ARCH 4E at the poster distriubution center. Please pick up your poster during the hours listed in the program guide for your session. 
  • T-SHIRTS - Will be available starting Wednesday in the Exhibit Hall. Only full registrations have this option. You must have your badge with the t-shirt selection on the back and cannot change the size until Friday afternoon if options remain.

 

VIRTUAL

The virtual site is up and available to all applicable registrations here.  All full registrations also include access to the virtual site! The keynotes/panels will be on a slight delay.  Workshops and Tutorials are individually organized. Most will have a virtual option and will record the session. All main conference papers have a video and pdf. 

 

A few onsite details:

  • Breakfast and lunch are available in the SUMMIT ExHall on the ground floor. Lunch is 2 hours long and your badge has your lunch selction on the back. Please pickup the appropriate option that you reserved. This includes HALAL or KOSHER.  Meal functions and all events are for registered attendees only.  Guests are not permitted at any function.
  • There are charging stations in the exhibit hall during the main conference - ARCH 4AB. There is also furniture and charging options throughout the Summit Building. 
  • Water is available on every level outside of the meeting rooms. If you can, please bring a refillable water bottle! 
  • The conference is split between two buildings. The ARCH contains the exhibit hall and coffee breaks, the art program, DEMOS and the Expo Talks. The SUMMIT contains registration, plenary/talks, and meal functions. There is a map to show the locations and stickers on the ground between the two. Both buildings require your badge to be visible.  Workshops/Tutorials are in both buildings and the workshop posters will be in ARCH building 4E. 
  • WiFi is available. The SSID is CVPR24 and the Password: VisionSeattle  Please be curteous when you are in sessions and there is a speaker. Cell phone useage interferes with AV sound equipment.  This information will be on the back of your printed badge as well. 
  • Kiddie Corp is available only to those who contracted the service. We are fully committed and cannot take addtional children. Children are NOT permitted at CVPR in session rooms, at meal functions or on the exhibit floor. No exceptions.
  • There have been a few changes to the program. These changes will be featured on an UPDATES BOARD at registration.

Summit Flex Hall ABC – for all plenary sessions Hall C will be the main hall and AB will be a simulcast overflow space.
